Caught a cold in the middle of the night..kind of sudden..but luckily i was too tired and managed to fall back to sleep.
Yea..so we found out something interesting during pract..
1) Do you know that Artificial Heart was rejected by our human body initially?
Because the flow was too perfect for our body to take it.
To solve this problem
They have to create pulsation in our body, so that Artificial Heart will be able to function and not get rejected by our body.
2) Cavitation occurs by just adjusting 2 factors. Pressure and Temperature.
Pressure- Reducing it will cause the higher energy water molecules to break through and thus, bubbles appear and you can be tricked by thinking its hot water boiling. Actually, the water is only at room temp. This is how magicians used to so called "fool" people if you dont know the theory behind it.
Temperature- This time the water is really hot..with bubbles..so dun put ya hand inside.. Higher energy water escaped with the increase in temperature, thus the water starts to boil.
~~~~~ Life is a learning journey. Today we were chatting about furthering our studies. Some of them are going abroad to aust, uk and states. Hmm..we have people studying business, journalism, continuing mechanical eng. Which is the best course for me??..i donot know. Like what they say, mech eng is a career where the pay is constant.I wanna earn more next time..hmm..My interest lies in materials, aerospace and science. Which route to go...im still considering. Studying in nus and ntu is pretty taxing..the workload and stress..I've seen how my friends have gone and are going through now.
If i were to study science, it will be pharmaceutical science (part-time) by PSB Academy, accredited from Uni of Western Australia.
People have been telling me to continue full-time studies, because its not easy to cope with both work and studies at the same time. So most prob, i will be definately be heading to local uni..so as to which one..hmm..i will decide next yr.
