Pls dont come to nus engineering...ahaha. Cos its clearly said by our prof that its hard to get in and hard to get out in here....Roar! For one of our paper, NTU gets 2hr 30mins for the same number qn, but ours is only 2hr. And its super difficult!
For mechanics of materials...okie basically is like poly mechanics but much more tough. Ntu only studied wad we learnt in poly....for beams. Only uniform distributed load. But for ours, we gt so many shapes....ahhaa. Got linearly increasing load and parabolically increasing load. Their test is very easy one...too easy that my friend's friend cant believe.
Alot of students change course here...
Stress builds up, sometimes we feel like breaking down to cry. Fear of failing. Finally understand how my couz felt, when he first started out in mech eng, struggling to pass thru, now he is in yr 3, time flies.
