It was a chance wasted for Felipe Massa for a P1 during the Qualifying Round on Saturday. It was no doubt that he would most probably be the winner of the Singapore's Singtel Inaugural Night Race.
It was basically every single driver's dream of creating a history here in Singapore, and Massa's dreams were dashed at that instant when the fuel hose will still on his car as he left the pitstop. Apparently he was given a green light signal. But what when wrong? Was there some miscommunication amongst the mechanics. Behind his car was Rai, whom was also in the pitstop.
The 27 year old ended up coming in second from the bottom. I felt so sad for him seriously. =(
It was a nightmare for Scudaria Ferrari Team without getting any points from either of drivers when Kimi Rai crashed against the wall on his final last 4 Laps.
He was in 5th position at that very moment.
